AI is reshaping every role
Organisations cannot reskill fast enough with legacy systems. The pace of change demands a fundamentally different approach to building capability.
Perpetua Foundry is a company focused on building the future of AI-native learning intelligence for modern enterprises. We started with a single conviction: that work is one of the most powerful engines for human growth - and that learning, at its best, should amplify that growth rather than interrupt it.
We are enterprise transformation leaders, technologists, and learning strategists who have spent decades helping organisations navigate change.
What we kept encountering, again and again, was a stubborn gap: despite significant investment in learning systems, most organisations still struggle to turn learning into real capability growth.
That gap is what led us to start Perpetua Foundry
"Organisations don't succeed because they train more people. They succeed because they continuously build capability"
After more than two decades working in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and AI strategy, our founder had the privilege of helping organisations rethink how technology enables progress.
Over time, it became clear that the problem wasn't a lack of training. The problem was that learning systems were never designed to truly understand capability.
That realisation stayed for a long time: what if learning systems were truly intelligent? What if they could continuously adapt to people, organisations, and the future of work? What if human potential could be transformed into strategic advantage?
These questions ultimately led to the founding of Perpetua Foundry. We created Perpetua Foundry to redefine how the world learns at work. We envision a future where learning flows naturally through the organisation - guided by intelligence and owned by the business - enabling people and organisations to continuously grow their capability.
Behind the scenes, we are developing Perpetua Intelligence - an AI-native learning intelligence system designed to help organisations personalise learning, understand capability gaps in real time, and connect learning directly to the outcomes that matter.
In the coming months, we will be sharing more of our thinking about the Capability Gap, the future of learning at work, and the ideas shaping the next generation of enterprise learning.
Perpetua is for organisations that understand capability is not a training problem - it is a strategic one.
Organisations cannot reskill fast enough with legacy systems. The pace of change demands a fundamentally different approach to building capability.
Billions are invested in learning globally each year. Yet most organisations cannot answer whether that investment is building real capability or simply tracking activity.
Learning that is embedded in work, continuously adaptive, and connected to outcomes is no longer a future ambition. It is a competitive necessity.
